Bloc 11 is a great example of restaurant or cafe looking to provide gluten-free options to it’s customers without having to create a dedicated gluten-free kitchen or learn how to bake gluten-free. Instead, Bloc 11 has teamed up with a local gluten-free bakery to provide delicious gluten-free products to it’s clients.
The staff have been trained to understand the importance of being careful with the gluten-free products which are kept in their own section and picked up using disposable wax paper sheets to prevent cross contamination.
